How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

  1. Log-in to your simplepdfconverter.com account.
    If you forgot your password, you can reset it by selecting “Lost Your Password” on the Log In screen.
  2. Click on the “Account Settings” tab.
  3. There are several account related activities in this section which include the “Plan and Billing” section which will enable you to cancel your account.
  4. Select the “Plan and Billing” section on the left navigation.
  5. Select the red “Cancel Plan” button and follow the steps to cancel your subscription. You will receive an email confirming your subscription has been canceled.
  6. Please note that all refunds will go back to the original payment method used and will take between 3-5 days to post to your account.
